A deep grassy green, this fluorescent is meant to be worn over a coat of white polish. Unlike a glow in the dark, fluorescent pigments have their own inner light absorbed from a different source. Apply a base coat and then a coat of white polish, then apply a couple coats of polish and finish off with a quick dry topcoat. Polish is vegan friendly, cruelty free and is free of 10 toxic ingredients such as: TOULENE, XYLENE, CAMPHOR, ETHYL TOSYLAMIDE, FORMALDEHYDE, FORMALDEHYDE RESIN, DBP, TPHP, PARABENS and TBH.
